Wonderful

The room is great, the swimming pool, the location, and housekeeping is great.

The staff don't have proper communication skills and some of them aren't friendly. One crucial thing, the Breakfast is absolutely terrible!

Highly recommend

The location was excellent, the staff very friendly. Buffet breakfast was the best. Very clean and the pools were great. I did stay in the buskin wing which was wonderful.

I small negative, if your room is close to the street it can be a little noisy with traffic.

I would not recommend this hotel for families with kids.

Big and comfortable rooms, with significant variety at breakfast.

Best hotel in Patong Beach

I've stayed at various hotels in Patong over the years, this one is BY FAR the best all around. Perfect location, friendly and professional staff, very confortable and well appointed rooms, fantastic pool. I recommend staying in the villas with the private pool access, as it is quiet, relaxing and never crowded (although the main pool in the busakorn wing is great as well - love the swim up bar). It's location is perfect, directly accross the street from the beach, with shops and resturants right outside in every direction. It's a short walk to Bangla if that interests you, but far enough away that you're away from the craziness. The breakfast buffet is very good. The staff is top notch, very helpful and accomidating. I've stayed here several times and it's my to-go hotel in Phuket.

Honestly, I have no complaints.

Wonderful

Loved the ambience, comfort and facilities. The staff was very friendly and hospitable.

They gave us rooms different from what we booked. The 6 swimming pool advert is fals as your only allowed access to 3 pools , 1 adults (fully packed) 2 kids while the gorgeous pools are only for Busakorn Wing. The need to have connecting rooms with one Double Bed for families, so that the couple doesn't have to adjust to single beds. Halal food needs to be clearly mentioned especially at Omlete station.

Exceptional

Property was excellent, the food and the onsite restaurants, we stayed here for over one month we stayed in both wings the old wing and the busakorn wing, staff are very nice&friendly and the resort is in an excellent location, only thing I’d say is that the kids pool could certainly do with a makeover/upgrade its dangerous as there is tiles in the pool at the exit which are glazed and extremely slippy for the children, also a make over is to be done there could be some more slides added especially that it’s a kiddie friendly hotel, thavorn hotel karon is a good example we also stayed here for 2 weeks but the location wasn’t as good as holiday in, anyhow other than that everything else was really good and we’d certainly go back no doubt

Very nice and highly recommended!!!

The hotel was quite large with the lobby on second road, and you could walk through the hotel and exit on beach road. The property was quite beautiful and very open. There were many restaurants, and the three that we went to, as well as the room service from them, were most excellent with the food and the staff. It was very kid friendly with two kiddy pools and a kids club building between them that had daily events run by multiple and friendly staff. There must have been five or six pools on the property. It had the best gym I've ever seen in a hotel that had 24-hour access. The staff were all amazing at every level and they all were proud to have been vaccinated for Covid. The room was quite large and very comfortable. It was a great place to stay on Patong Beach and I plan on going back when possible. Highly recommend it for families with little ones.

Lovely breakfast, great deal with the kids eat free. Super location and a beautiful pool.

A great hotel in every respect.

Room was lovely.. poolside and perfect Pool was amazing. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Sam's steak house was outstanding, the food was wonderful and presentation made it special. The set menu option was great value for money. The location couldn't be better. Thanks for a memorable experience.

I didn't like leaving and wish I stayed a few more days.

Location of the hotel is great, staff are helpful and friendly. I love when using the rain shower as its water pressure is so good.

Amazing resort, GREAT staff, beautiful property!

This was our second time staying at this resort, and unfortunately due to COVID-19, our stay was impacted, however, the staff was top notch, and we were given a lower room date due to the fact that we could not use many amenities at the resort. We stayed in t3 of the Swim-up villas for the second time, and they are amazing! Well worth the extra cost. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the servers at breakfast buffet and the restaurant did a great job under not-so great circumstances. We will always love this resort, and will stay here whenever the adult-only swim-up villas are available!

They eliminated the laundry facilities they used to have for guests from the year before when we had been there, so it was a little more inconvenient, but we just took the laundry down the street to have the washing done at a shop for very cheap.

The room was spacious and clean, the pool was nice

I did not realize the hotel had two parts, one normal and the other, which were in the pictures advertising the hotel. Those rooms were significantly more expensive, however based on the pictures, i was disappointed when i found out that my room was not there.

Had visited this hotel 3 or 4 times in the past. I like the back pool with the swim up bar. However, upon check-in, they mentioned the pool with the swim-up bar is only available to guests in the newly renovated section guests. This information IS listed in the Booong.com information section now, but having been a previous guest where this was not the policy, there is no reason I would have bothered to look for a new policy like this
